By downloading, installing, or using the Lyfe Health mobile application or accessing our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Section 02
By downloading, installing, or using the Lyfe Health app, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. To register for our newsletter, users must actively confirm their acceptance by checking the box "I accept the Terms and Conditions."
Lyfe Health is open to users of all ages. However, minors are encouraged to use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, especially when health-related content is involved.
Section 03
Lyfe Health provides access to informative wellness articles and the option to receive weekly newsletters via email. All content is purely informational and does not replace medical, psychological, nutritional, financial, or legal advice. Sources and references are provided where applicable.
Our Services are available in English, Spanish, and French.
Section 04
Registration is required to access certain features of the app. To create an account, users must complete the registration process, which includes CAPTCHA and email confirmation.
Users may unsubscribe or delete their account at any time. When an account is deleted, all associated personal data will also be permanently removed.
Section 05
Lyfe Health operates under a freemium model. The app is free to use and supported by ads. Users may choose to pay for additional features such as ad removal. Details regarding accepted payment methods will be made available within the app.
Cancellations do not entitle users to a refund of amounts already paid. Premium access will remain available until the end of the billing period. Refunds will only be granted where required by law or in the case of a platform error.
Lyfe Health may also receive voluntary donations through Ko-fi. Donations are voluntary, non-refundable (except where required by the platform's terms), and do not grant donors any ownership, governance, or participation rights in Lyfe Health.
Section 06
We collect personal information such as name, surname, email, country, and language. We also use cookies and tools such as Google Analytics for analytics and advertising purposes. Data is used for account management, personalized services, analytics, notifications, and advertising.
Lyfe Health applies reasonable measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access. Further details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
Section 07
The Lyfe Health name, trademark, and logo are proprietary to Lyfe Health App Inc. Users are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the app.
Section 08
Lyfe Health provides informational content only. Outcomes may vary for each individual, and Lyfe Health does not guarantee results.
Lyfe Health is not responsible for damages, losses, or technical issues that may arise from the use or inability to use the app. We are also not responsible for advertisements, products, or services offered by third parties within the app.
Any claim pertaining to the use of the website or app will be governed under Canadian law.
Section 09
Lyfe Health reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated within the app when users log in after changes take effect.
Changes will become effective seven (7) business days after publication. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the app and delete your account.
Section 10
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario. Courts in Toronto shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of our Services. Regardless of where the Services are accessed, Canadian law applies.
Both parties will seek to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
